1. General Provisions
Extremetenerife (represented by sole proprietor Kristina Mliunko) provides agency services for selecting and booking activities related to extreme sports and active leisure on the island of Tenerife (Spain, Canary Islands), including surfing, kitesurfing, diving, paragliding, and others, in cooperation with independent partners.
When making a booking, the Client pays a prepayment, which constitutes the Company’s agency fee.
The remaining balance is paid directly to the partner at the location where the service is provided.
2. Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed after:
• successful payment on the website;
• receipt of a confirmation (via email or messenger).
3. Cancellation & Refund Terms
3.1 Cancellation by the Client
• more than 48 hours before the start of the service → 100% refund of the prepayment;
• less than 48 hours before the start of the service → the prepayment is non-refundable;
• no-show → the prepayment is non-refundable.
3.2 Date Change / Rescheduling
• more than 48 hours in advance → free of charge;
• less than 48 hours → subject to agreement and partner availability.
3.3 Cancellation by the Partner
In case of cancellation due to:
• weather conditions;
• technical reasons;
• lack of availability;
the Client will be offered either rescheduling or a full refund of the prepayment.
3.4 Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure circumstances (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), the Company will review each case individually. Rescheduling or a partial/full refund may be offered.
4. Refund Procedure
• refunds are made using the original payment method;
• refund processing time: up to 10 business days;
• bank fees may be withheld by the payment system.
5. Liability
The Company is not the direct provider of the services and is not responsible for the quality of services rendered by partners. However, the Company will assist in resolving disputes where possible.
